Advocate Naveen Kumar Jain is a Partner at Parens Patrice, Advocates & Solicitors, with over eighteen years of extensive experience in civil, commercial, property, arbitration, and corporate litigation. He has been a Partner at the firm since November 2008. He earned his LL.B. from Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2008 (Enrolment No. D/2101/2008).
He received comprehensive practical training under renowned judges and senior advocates practising before the District Courts of Delhi, building a deep command of litigation strategy, procedural law, evidence, and trial advocacy. He presently handles matters in the District Courts of Delhi and NCR (including Tis Hazari), appears in matters touching the Delhi High Court, and conducts arbitration proceedings before arbitral tribunals and the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
He is recognised for skill in cross-examination and for a mediation-first approach: persuading parties toward resolution where appropriate, and assisting clients whose matters have remained pending for years to explore settlement through mediation rather than prolonged contest.
His professional development includes national seminars on civil and arbitration law, specialised courses from LawSikho, and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Legal Professionals from the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. He has been invited as a Judge for moot court competitions at several universities. He is presently on the panel of NIXI, and has been associated with the panels of DG MAP, Ministry of Defence, and TCIL.
