Parens Patrice provides end-to-end intellectual property counsel — trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights — alongside corporate law and regulatory advisory. The practice supports brand-building, IP investigation and enforcement, as well as cross-border transactions, financing structures, legal due diligence, foreign direct investment, corporate restructures and franchising.
Partners appear in IP litigations at all levels of tribunals and courts. Early practice included filings for international clients, intensive IP briefing, and guest lectures on IPR. The chambers also assisted academic work on Copyright and Related Rights published by Macmillan India Ltd.
Corporate advisory is informed by litigation experience: contracts are read with an eye to how they will be proved and enforced. The firm has conducted legal due diligence across sectors including IT, ITES, online gaming, food & beverages, healthcare, hospitality, logistics and consumer products.
