Advocate Sachin Kumar Jain is a Founding Partner at Parens Patrice, Advocates & Solicitors. He received his law degree in 2007 and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi thereafter. He completed his LL.M. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2010. He took firsthand training from renowned advocates of the trial courts in Delhi across the fields of district-level litigation, and has participated in seminars and conferences relating to civil and arbitration law.
He presently handles matters in the District Courts of Delhi and the NCR, particularly civil matters, consumer matters, commercial suits, property cases, and cheque-dishonour cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. He has extensive expertise in matrimonial disputes and commercial recovery matters.
